WORKAROUND FOUND :
using the real MIDI physcal output ( using the DIN adaptator ) fixes the issue.
+ the fact that USB can be used proirity with the Erae Lab software, and real MIDI OUT all for CUBASE.
( MIDI with USB is anyway not so good and often "buggy" )

firsts traying playing my erae touch in CUBASE, and i notice one thing :
i always have to enable MPE in the editor, to have someting coming into CUBASE and playing notes and CC. if MPE is OFF, or with modules which have no MPE : no way tu have MIDI signal; no note, no CC, in no MIDI channel.
it's probably a bug, which have to be fixed.
