Make updating slider position on layout change optional.

On newer versions, when changing layouts the ERAE 2 will send every single CC status for sliders and buttons etc. This is a problem under some situations in which you dont want to update the current position of the sliders. I had to go back to Version 1 because i cant DJ anymore with it. If updating slider position on layout change. So the feature request would be to have an option to make updating slider position optional.
