Here's another one, using the PXL-2000 1987 toy video camera as a video source.
Amazing work Henry! Do you host any of your code experiments on Github (or similar) - I'd love to learn from your work and start building my own experiments too!
A lot of this code is really sloppy cut-n-paste from previously working stuff! but it's all client side, that is, everything is just html, css, and javascript without any server-side magic, so you can see everything using "view source" the way we old-school hackers used to! The debuggers built into browsers is very useful!
I did write Erae API interface and helper files to do all the coding/decoding of the API streams and do those lettering tricks, but all of these are under active development and will probably get better. For instance, I want to make a general API zone scroller so I can take advantage of the limited space available, and other graphic and controller treats. Other javascript handles midi and real-time synthesis in a worklet.
I updated this so that it supports any numbered zone.... I may make this more like an instrument, converting the (hi res, non LED) pixel values into audio much the way my unreleased app "See Hear" does.

I'll be tweaking it of course, cleaning out ded code from the projects I made this out of, but just make a big zone 0 API area (preferably: full screen) and go to
