This has been a long lasting struggle to return my Touch. After waiting a few weeks for a response to return it, I finally received an email with shipping info to send it back. The item was delivered back to Embodme over a week ago, and they have not sent back my money nor even responded to any of my emails. Now, I am having to contact my bank to get my money back. My advice.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
