@Yetax—What DAW are you in? The concept is pretty easy to replicate in theory (as in, I haven't tried it yet). For example, in Logic Pro, using a MIDI FX -> MIDI Modifier, you could transform incoming CC (like the X/Y axis of the ERAE) into note values. Then, you can quantize note values to a certain scale to get a similar effect to the video.
@Yetax I'm fairly certain they're using an ableton plugin that generates random notes (on a scale) on an XY pad. The sounds are similar to this video where they use TreeTone https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sp_RM-2_5PQ

Exactly! They release the video some days after my question.
Now, I m looking for other m4l or vst that can do it like tree tones ….but for the moment I don’t find others.

Hi !!!
Have you seen this vidéo ? https://www.facebook.com/embodme/videos/polyphonic-sound-with-embodme/1476958246612141/
I have a question about this layout ! and precisely the big square:
i think that he control the coarse (or the pitch) of a synth with X or Y , but how can he be in scale ?
Thank you
