project pulling failed, please try again

What is causing this repeating error message, and what is the solution?  Thank you.

Information: I'm running fw 1.1.5 on Windows 11 version 25H2, and Erae 2 Lab v 1.6.3

 I have the same issue. :( Also running Windows 11 25H2.

I got this sorted out with Embodme support. I thought I had succesfully updated my firmware, but I think it was not the case. I'm posting the support's answer here in case you are still trying to sort it out or somebody else is having the same problem.

Hi, there is a know issue where the new Lab doesn't "understand" old firmware, such as the one you might have in your Erae. 
Please boot your ERAE holding the SETTING button to get in the "update mode" then drag and drop the latest firmware in the Lab' update section. 
​You can also force reset of your ERAE by holding the UNDO button while booting. 
​Prior to that, please make sure you are powered, using the original cables and remove the SD Card. "

 

did exactly that didnt work

Editor is not usable for me also, did all the stuff that is recommended, not usable. Am connected as suggested to power, tried with card, without, did manual firmware update eith pressed settings...


pls fix this asap since its not usable like this :(
