Information: I'm running fw 1.1.5 on Windows 11 version 25H2, and Erae 2 Lab v 1.6.3
I have the same issue. :( Also running Windows 11 25H2.
I got this sorted out with Embodme support. I thought I had succesfully updated my firmware, but I think it was not the case. I'm posting the support's answer here in case you are still trying to sort it out or somebody else is having the same problem.
