UPS sending Erae2 meant for UK back to sender

I was all excited when I finally finally got a tracking number. Unfortunately it has all gone wrong. First UPS said the customs declaration was not correct and the description was not sufficient. Then just now they updated with Returning to Sender Service disruption occurred. / The package will be returned to the sender. This is normally the description the goods have when they have been damaged. Typically they hold a package for up to 10 days to resolve paperwork issues not returning to sender. So I have no idea what has happened. UPS have up to two weeks to return to Sender so it looks like I may not see my Erae2 anytime soon. Has this happened to anyone else?

Although I haven't heard from Alex, it seems the package was recalled and it was received back to Embodme today and resent out again a few hours later. So I have to give credit to Embodme here for fixing whatever was wrong so quickly. Hopefully the Erae2 makes it out of France this time in the next day or two.
