Anyone getting connected to their computer?

I've just received my erae touch 2 and all I'm getting in the erae lab is disconnected.I've tried all the connections I can think of but have got nowhere.

Yes, you need to use the middle USB to connect to your computer and ALSO connect Erae to power using the power socket and included PSU. USB alone is enough to power the device but apparently not enough to connect to Lab.

I didn't need to connect to power. USB alone works fine for me to connect to lab. At least from my Mac. Also, make sure you are pushing the power button on the right side of the erae 2.

Yep I was on Windows with the shipped firmware. Just tried again with the new firmware and it connected fine with just middle USB cable.

Thanks all but it's still showing disconnected.I have tried with the mini usb into the usb 3rd socket into my mini  3.0 usb  midi socket on my laptop,and I've also tried the mini usb into my normal usb 2,o socket.It just doesn't change.I went into settings and routing and tried a few different ones but still nowhere.
