Beyond The Simpsons, King of the Hill, and on par with South Park... I give you Shin Chan.
Your Welcome.
I use Reaper. But I doubt that you can use MPE with a synth that doesn't support MPE.
You could try to use multiple instances each listening to channel 1 to n. And set n on the keyboard widget of the Erae as the channel/finger count. And then you have to set-up a MIDI plugin to sent out any CC74 ony any channel to all channels.
I did not explain myself properly....
Native Instruments has several MPE capable VST's (that I own). However, even after a LONG AWAITED UPDATE (literally years) the MASCHINE and Kontact software their VST's use does NOT support MPE. And, this is after the community asked for MPE... repeatedly.
Using Reaper, and my Mio XM MIDI router, I should be able to route another MIDI send from the Touch to whatever I want within Reaper to control the MPE. I'm told this is possible. I have not been able to try it out yet. I have not even gotten a shipping email yet, so my device is still in the works.
There are some great Kontact and MASCHINE templates for routing in Reaper. Reaper Blog and Reaper Mania on Youtube have great instructional videos. That's the base I am starting from, so not from scratch.

Hi all,
I'm going to try to set up within Reaper, because of the low CPU use and I am hoping to use all these Native Instruments VST's with MPE (that NI still doesn't support) using Kontact and MASCHINE running within Reaper, as well as the Cherry Audio GX80 vst, a fantastic recreation of the original synth used on so many important songs of the 80's and 90's... so many... (think Vangelis to Michael Jackson to Yacht Rock).
Anyone else doing this in Reaper, so we can share brain trust?
If this is the first time you have ever heard of Reaper... I'm sorry. You've missed out. Think ProTools at a fraction of the price. It' doesn't hold your hand, and tell you nice things. It just works. Reaper Mania and The Reaper Blog on YouTube will tell you almost everything you want to know about Reaper... except how to make everything work with brand new gear. That's on us.
Now, I'm going to go punch something inanimate until I know my number is up (and my unit has been crafted, tested, and shipped).
Just like Nene punching the bunny... which if you don't know that reference... OMG... the whole series is stupid funny. Follow the 'rabbit hole' and you will see.
-Some guy named Michael (like so many other guys in the world... dammit mom).
