thinking about to preorder but this forum makes me a bit nervous ! is this Project alive ?
Hello Michael,
Thank you for your explanation. I'm just being cautious because I've lost quite a bit of money on Kickstarter projects before, or the product didn't match what was promised. Only the GR-1 from Tasty Chips was a huge joy. The ERAE 2 looks fantastic and would fit perfectly into my live show. I've already checked out the editor to get a feel for it. Initially, it seems simple and a bit rudimentary, but I see that as a positive. Over the past few years, I've gone through nearly all controllers and spent a lot of time with Lemur and iPad. None of that was really good, to be honest—reliability is everything for live shows. The ERAE 2 feels like the most innovative thing I've seen so far, especially with MPE, but I still need to find out if it's suitable for live performances. I'll go ahead and preorder it now and hope for the best.
That's all we can do now, unfortunately.
I think the lack of communication is hurting your image with us, the community.
As a group, we are getting extremely frustrated with no updates, despite that they were promised.
Just telling us where you are in the process is extremely important right now.
Stop whatever you are doing.
Even if it's a critical problem... it's not going to be solved today.
Stop, and start communicating with the people that invested in you.
Good or bad news. If you are deceiving us, we will know... either eventually or immediately.
It's better that you are open and honest at this moment.
Stop what you are doing... UPDATE US IN THE NEXT FEW HOURS.
You are hurting us, your community, with your silence.
You are doing irreparable damage to your relationship with us.

I did not see any similar email. They did post about the delays on Kickstarter, but I have received no direct communication or reply.
They deflected direct questions. They avoided informing the investors of this issue, despite some (for some reason) who were told and aware of it weeks ago.
Deflection and avoidance... that is far from an honest way to communicate with us.
Will you post part of the email? I've seen nothing,
Thank you!
No, I did not receive that.
Let's hope this phase goes without any other issues, and final deceive assembly and QC testing can happen.
The final phase... fingers crossed.

So, how is final production going for the Touch 2.0?
Or, have you been making more prototypes for testing?
Have there been feature additions or losses for the final production model?
And, do you have an idea of the estimated lifespan of the Touch 2.0, or a goal?
Thanks for your time.
Michael
