Thank you very much for this answer!
End of the year would be a nice gift...
In re: using the API to make a lot of buttons, I'm doing that!

Skip in about 4 minutes if you don't want to see demos of other API test software.
I don't know if this is the same limit, but I'm finding that 4 grid objects per page is also a major limitation. Would an upgrade to this be part of the same 48 objects per page improvement?
Still waiting for this, and wanted to find out what the status of this was..
Will we get more elements, or will it still be limited to 48?
Still waiting on this..The end of 2025 is fast approaching..
As of yet, we have not heard another word from your company..
"Removing the 4/48 Limit is a significant change that requires substantial updates to our codebase. We’re committed to making this happen and are escalating this issue as one of our top priority. We want to ensure it’s done right and our current estimate is that this update will be ready by the end of 2025."
Such a non-responsive company.
Last firmware 1.1.3 has done it: 256 elements! Thanks!
Still can't use the feature, and now Erae Lab is broken with the update..
The Mac download is in the wrong format. And if you install the latest firmware upgrade, Erae Lab is now broken, and I can't update any of the layouts I was working with..
We Mac users now have a broken feature, and I don't think they will get a new updated link because they are all at the NAMM Show this weekend..
There is an error in the Mac link, just remove one "https://" at the begining.

This is major! It is now possible to layout keys 12 across, up to 8 rows of them.
Buttons can be even smaller and tighter.
However, it is not (yet) possible to add a keygrid at a 12-across size. This is much-to-be-desired!
It is the keygrid that provides easy access for Line Offset settings, and not being able to have an entire octave across is a significant limitation.
The situation is that individual key elements can be made as small as necessary, whereas the Keygrad elements cannot be made smaller than 4x4, which is too large for an octave across.
Could we please have an enhancment to the Keygrid to allow 3x3 and/or 2x2 core elements?
Hey @Steve. Johns
I'm a bit confused... what do you mean by 'core elements' for the Keygrid? I'm currently able to shrink both Keygrid keys, and full keygrids down to a 2x2 size - see attached image for an example:

Very interesting Nate! I can't get my Keygrid keys to go smaller than 4x4. When I drag the corner down to a smaller size and then let go it just pops right back up to 4x4. This is Erae Lab v1.6.3 on Windows.
Are you dragging while holding the shift key?
I was not! That solved it. Thanks very much!

I'm running into the 48-element limit quit a bit..
Can we get more elements per page, please?
