It’s hard to tell when the loop restarts. Its one continuous line so guessing where it begins again is difficult. I recommend a visual change to make it easy to tell when your cross zero. Telepathic instruments orchid does a good job of this by putting a small space between the end and beginning. They also do these for each quadrent of the loop. An option for a count-in to start the loop would be great. Thanks!

Or maybe a looper element within the touch area. Say, a horizontal strip that has a highlighted line where the loop currently is and a prominentcolour filling the strip from the start to the "now" line.

This strip could also be independent of the (current) looper so one could use it for a general loop indicator when jamming with synths and drum machines. Set it to eg 16 bars and never get lost again.
