ERAE LAB woes

Hi everyone,

Now that my ERAE is fixed and working properly, I have started designing my own performance templates... and immediately stumbled on a hurdle. On the factory template 3, the one with the isomorphic keyboard, when I make the keyboard a bit smaller and then insert other control elements next to it (Fader1D, Fader2D), and update the unit, these elements do not appear, but the keyboard appears as I resized it. I managed to get one Fader2D to appear, but that was it. The other elements are still not there. Also, the pressure CC on this Fader2D does not snap to zero. THe parameter controller by it on Ableton does not go back to zero when I pull my finger. The MIDI assignment on Ableton is in "Absolute" mode and X and / axes work properly.

So, a feature request: please make ERAE Lab work properly :)

Additional information. If I pull my finger slowly, the pressure CC goes down, but never reaches zero. On a parameter that goes from 0% to 100% on Ableton Live (the wet dry of Pitchloop89, to be precise), it stays around 19. If I pull my finger faster, the CC stays much higher, around 60... but this really depends on how fast I remove my finger from the pad.

And another development: when I quit ERAE LAB (I have the latest version installed), reopen it and pull the ERAE templates from the unit, I see the Fader2D and can move it. However, I cannot delete it on the ERAE Lab. And it is still not possible to add any other control element.

ERAE Lab seems to be quite broken. Hoping for a fix soon.

and finally, I realized that despite making initial changes on the newest ERAE LAB, I launched the older version afterwards, which causes all the issues. Sorry about that. Unfortunately, editing or deleting a post seems to be impossible on this forum.

Hi Korhan,

If not done already can you send a ticket to [email protected] and share some video/screen shot of your issue and share your project LAB file ?

I also notice on my templates that the pressure value stays latched on a Fader2D element.
