Really enjoying the Erae2 so far - what i am missing is a Chord feature, hopefully not too hard to implement. Ideally it has also Strumming option and custom chords mode. Chords via 1 button MPE can be a mighty thing while performing ;) Much love for the EraeTeam!

It is common to have sth like a strum rate - see arturia keystep controllers for example - so you have 1 button for triggering one chord - and by adjusting the strum rate to higher values, the spread of the notes expand

yes, i like the idea of having a chord / strum mode directly in the Erae Touch

currently i´m using Erae Touch into Roli Studio Player VsTI Plugin (which has chords and strum) and output the midi from there to the VSTi i want to play

Yes!

for me as a drummer the only thing that is missing is the possibility of programming e.g.

PAD1 - -> Chord 1 --> Arpeggiator Latch

PAD2 - -> Chord 2 --> Arpeggiator Latch

etc

There is also no Latch function for arpeggios, I mentioned this fact in a separate thread

Has there been any updates on a possible chord mode? I fail to understand why it is not a feature for the Erae 2. It would make things much simpler me and I am sure many others. I honestly do not have the time to learn chord patterns/layouts, I just want to be able to simply use a chord mode. My music is not that intricate (Ambient/Meditation) and mostly consists of pads with drones and other sounds over the top from time to time.
